Important Disclosure Regarding Performance Results

The performance results presented herein include periods prior to the pending registration of High Top Growth Partners LLC (“HTGP”) as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia (21VAC5-80-260). Results for periods prior to registration were achieved while the portfolio manager employed substantially the same investment philosophy and process as currently utilized at HTGP.

In accordance with the SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1) and Virginia requirements, the following disclosures apply:

• Results shown for periods prior to registration may not reflect the same compliance and regulatory framework applicable to registered investment advisers.

• The performance results are based on data and statements issued by Fidelity Investments, Interactive Brokers, JP Morgan Chase, Coinbase, and Zillow for actual accounts and real properties managed during the periods shown.

• Performance is presented net of management fees, brokerage commissions, and other expenses unless otherwise noted. Gross performance results, if shown, do not reflect the deduction of advisory fees; clients’ returns will be reduced by such fees and expenses.

• The accounts represented in these results may not be identical to accounts currently managed by HTGP, and individual results may vary.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Future returns are not guaranteed, and actual results may differ materially.
